A buddy of mine installs lifts in addition to his full time business. He and a friend picked the lift up at the trucking warehouse and came over to install it. From the moment they were uncrating it to the last test before putting a car on it they were nothing but complimentary and impressed. He even called me the next day saying again how well made and easy it was to install compared to all of the others he had done. He estimates he has done over sixty lifts.

Instructions are an issue. Had 3 sets including what came with unit..much conflicting info. Can cause extra time and frustration.
Power unit blows 110/20 amp.. Must have 30 Amp set up and rewire power unit for pigtail.
Better instructions and heads up about power needed.

Once we got it setup, I really like it. Use it almost every day.
The lifts work as expected and are great for storage. They are not fast but that's why they are advertised for storage. The casters made them easy to put in place including swapping the two lifts from side to side after assembly.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for storage but make sure you have connections to fill in the blanks in the paperwork.
Directions not very good had to YouTube it and watch video but fairly simple did it myself in about 5 hrs.Chad was a pretty good salesman answered my questions took around a month to receive it. Would highly recommend these lift. Can't beat the price either

Once ordered it took 2 weeks to arrive at pickup depot. 2 guys to unload off the trailer, no lift needed, just floor jacks, dollies & pvc pipes to roll it as the Egyptians did. I needed help to lift H-beams once assembled & main hydraulic ramp, everything else was assembled by me.
I had some problems: 1)1 of 4 main beams was bent internally, too much to expand w/a floor jack. A used replacement beam was at my house a week later. I wanted new but would’ve had to wait 6-8wks. 2) one of the bump stop brackets nut was offset, they sent a replacement a few days later. 3) when routing the cables, couldn’t get the piston to extend, tried straps & a cable winch. I found a suggestion to use a big sledge hammer for some persuasion & a few big hits & it came right out. 4) instructions are garbage; watch lots of YouTube vids for install tips. 5) Had to change circuit breaker from 20A to 25A. Now only pops if I make the mistake of trying to lift it under load, not on stops, that motor strain will pop the breaker.
I installed a Chamberlain wall mount door opener, removes normal center mount to gain height. Also had high lift rail conversion installed so I could open the door safely w/a car raised.
As everyone always says, I wish I would’ve bought this years ago. This is a great hobby-grade lift, excellent customer service, stop procrastinating & buy one already!

I assembled by myself except for standing up posts. Having a forklift really helped. Put pump on a 50 gallon drum and hoisted with a tie down strap. Where theres a will theres a way. Instructions ****, but if mechanically inclined easy enough to figure out most stuff. Tech department seems to really know what they are talking about. Two of my cables were mixed up. About an extra hour laying under lift straightening out. At 74 no fun. Tech department helped with mixed up cables and proper way to run first time, and leveling.
Think I’m going to like it. Quality looks great for an inexpensive lift. Can’t find any issues. Time will tell. When in doubt, call tech department.

My only regret is that I did not buy this, or something like it, years ago. No more laying on a cold shop floor for me.
I received and assembled my lift a couple of weeks ago with help from my neighbor
Now I had a emergency with my 1970 Challenger-the transmission decided to leak
At 70 years old crawling under it on a creeper was not something I was looking forward to
My new lift made the job so easy it is amazing
I also have a place for another vehicle when one is up high on the lift

I did cheat and found a vendor who delivers & sets up lifts, did cost me another $1,000, but I felt it was worth it as they were in and out in about 3 hours, and I didn't have to bribe friends. Granted I have had the lift for only a week, but it is easy to use, real easy to move, and the best price I could find. And I searched for a long time! This will definitely make my life easier. No more crawling under cars and being stiff and sore for a week after.
Assembly took less than 3 hours with good instructions provided.
Will be ordering another shortly.

ps.jeep is not pulled alway forward on the lift. Had to move lift back a little due to brush guard. Fits perfect.

Well made, works perfectly.
Included the caster kit which is not included with a lot of 4 post lifts.
Aluminum approach ramps are nice and light, easy to install and remove.
Arrived about 2 weeks sooner than expected.
