Warranty
There is no indication of where to connect the ground wire. After a call to Triumph, they said connect to one of the two screws that hold the box on the motor. Simple enough to attach. Once wired, the lift worked perfectly.
Suggestion on attaching the cables: count the treads and make sure they are the same on all 4 ends. I had no adjustment once they were in place, both sides clicked the same time when raising the lift.
I will recommend Mechanic Superstore to others, that are looking for a lift or other automotive products. Chad answered all my questions and made the process smooth and painless.
He recommended an individual that could pick up the lift and install it for me.
Within two weeks the lift arrived, very well packaged, and was up and running.
